How do I use Trading Conditions in the Client Portal?

Find the condition summaries, applicable documents and available negative balance write-off tools in the Client Portal.

If your Client Portal offers a Trading Conditions page, use it for general summaries of margin and stop-out, order execution, trading costs, profile-level balances and withdrawals, fair trading and negative balance write-off.

What does the Trading Conditions page show?

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Open Trading Conditions.

  3. Select the relevant condition and read its full detail panel.

  4. Read the governing documents that apply to your account and product.

This summary is not a live Bid or Ask quote, a contract specification, or confirmation that a particular account is eligible for a withdrawal or write-off. For current prices and contract settings, check the exact account and instrument on the trading platform as described below. Applicable documents and the current account flow still apply.

Where are the write-off tools?

When available, the Negative Balance Write-Off detail panel offers Apply for a Write-Off and Application records. Use the application guide below for the self-service entry and support exceptions.

Application records show write-off application status. Transaction History is for posted transactions and balance adjustments; an application status is not proof that an adjustment has been posted.
