Your FXTRADING.com profile and trading accounts can use different credentials. Use each password only for its intended sign-in or access type.
Client Portal password
Use this password with your registered email address to sign in to the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. The Client Portal is where you manage your profile, trading accounts, wallets, transactions and security settings.
Trading password
Each trading account has a trading password for MT4 or MT5. It allows the account holder to sign in and, where the account is enabled, place or manage trades.
Investor or read-only password
Where supported, an investor or read-only password allows someone to view a trading account without placing or changing trades. It should not be the same as the trading password.
Create and protect passwords
Follow the current requirements displayed when creating or changing the password.
Use a unique password that is not used for email, banking or another service.
Do not reuse a password shown in an example or message.
Store passwords in a trusted password manager.
Do not send a password through chat, email or a support ticket.
Never provide a password or one-time code to someone claiming to be FXTRADING.com support.
FXTRADING.com does not need your password to investigate an account issue.
If you forgot a password
Use the relevant reset or change-password control in the Client Portal or trading-account menu. Confirm that you are using the correct platform, account number and password type before resetting it.
Contact FXTRADING.com if the reset option is unavailable or the account remains inaccessible after a completed reset. Provide the account number and exact error, but never the password or one-time code.
