Client Portal Upgrade: New Password Requirements

We officially upgraded our platform on September 8, 2025, launching a completely redesigned Client Portal. Due to significant differences in password requirements between the old and new versions, clients who registered before September 8, 2025 may experience login difficulties with the new Client Portal.

New Password Requirements

The new password rules require:

  • 8-15 characters in length

  • At least one uppercase letter

  • At least one lowercase letter

  • At least one number

  • At least one special character

How to Access Your Account

If you're unable to log in, we recommend using the "Forgot Password" option on the login page. You'll receive a one-time verification code via SMS or email, allowing you to set a new password that meets our updated requirements.

For Clients Who Registered Before September 8, 2025

If you registered before our upgrade and provided an incorrect mobile phone number during registration (which was possible because the old Client Portal didn't verify phone numbers or email addresses), you may not receive the verification code.

In this case, please contact our customer service team through the Service Hub, Live Chat, or by emailing [email protected]. After verifying your identity, our team will help update your mobile phone number. This process may take up to one business day.
