FXTRADING.com does not currently develop proprietary trading bots or Expert Advisors (EAs), and it does not recommend a third-party automation tool. Some EAs may be compatible with a supported platform, but compatibility does not prove a partnership, endorsement or guaranteed outcome.
Official Position on Trading Bots
FXTRADING.com does not develop or distribute proprietary trading bots
The platform does not officially endorse any third-party automation tools
Treat a partnership or endorsement claim as unverified unless it appears in a current official FXTRADING.com channel. Platform compatibility alone is not evidence of an official relationship.
Automated Trading on the Platform
While FXTRADING.com does not provide trading bots, clients can use compatible Expert Advisors (EAs) on their MetaTrader platforms at their own discretion and risk. However:
These must be obtained from third-party sources
The Customer Support Team can help review the current FXTRADING.com account, platform, server, symbol, trading-condition and error-message records. It does not audit, debug or approve third-party code or strategy.
Use third-party software at your own risk and under the applicable terms. Compatibility does not guarantee EA functionality or continuity, order execution, performance, profit or loss limitation.
Protecting Yourself from Fraudulent Services
Be cautious of services claiming to be affiliated with FXTRADING.com:
Verify all information through official FXTRADING.com channels
Be skeptical of guaranteed returns or "exclusive partnership" claims
Report suspicious services to FXTRADING.com's Customer Support Team
Bots and EAs can open, modify or close orders quickly and repeatedly, and configuration, connectivity or leverage errors can magnify losses. Review the source, permissions, compatibility and risk settings, test the software and monitor it. Never share a password, one-time code, private key or recovery phrase, or grant remote access because of a provider claim. Report a suspicious service through an official ticket with its public name, URL, claim and a redacted screenshot; do not include secrets, identity documents or full payment details.
