Account Restrictions During Compliance Review

Understand how to read account restrictions during a current compliance review, which functions may be affected, and how to follow the current case safely.

A Trading Compliance Review is a current, case-specific review. It is separate from account-opening KYC. Earlier approval does not cancel or satisfy a new official request.

How might the review affect my account?

Rely only on the restrictions and status currently shown for your account or case. An open review does not mean every account function is restricted. Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, trading, profile changes, or other features are affected only when the current record says so.

If a specific withdrawal is under review, it cannot enter normal processing or complete before the investigation concludes. Follow the current request status and do not assume the result applies to other transactions.

For orders and open positions, follow the current account notice, platform rules, and applicable terms. Do not assume the account is always close-only or that positions will not be closed.

What should I do?

  1. Read the request and status shown in the Client Portal and the current official review thread or case.

  2. Complete only the items currently requested through the secure Verification flow or approved case channel shown to you.

  3. Do not send identity or address documents, passwords, one-time codes, or complete payment details through ordinary chat or email.

  4. After completing the items, notify the team once through the current official review thread or case if instructed. Do not send duplicate evidence or create a duplicate case.
