Credits are the usage entitlement for FXT AI. Different AI features use different numbers of Credits.
The confirmed monthly allowances are:
Free: 100 Credits per subscription month.
Pro: 3,000 Credits per subscription month.
Ultra: 12,000 Credits per subscription month.
When Credits are issued
Monthly subscriptions receive Credits at the start of each subscription month.
Quarterly and annual subscriptions also receive Credits one subscription month at a time. The full quarterly or annual allowance is not issued in one lump sum.
Your subscription month runs from your own subscription start date. It is not automatically aligned with the first or last day of a calendar month.
The reset time shown in FXT AI is based on the FXT system time used for your subscription.
When Credits expire
Unused Credits expire at the end of each subscription month and do not carry over to the next subscription month.
Where to check your Credits
Open the Subscription Center to view:
remaining Credits and your monthly allowance;
Credit usage progress;
the next reset time;
the subscription expiry date; and
detailed feature usage, where available.
Separate Credit top-ups or add-on packs are not currently available.
