FXT AI Credits are issued for a specific subscription month. Any Credits that remain unused at the end of that subscription month expire and do not carry over.
Your Credit reset date is based on the date your subscription started, not the first day of a calendar month. For example, if a subscription month starts part-way through a calendar month, the next Credit issue and expiry will follow that individual subscription cycle.
Quarterly and annual plans do not receive all Credits in advance. They receive the relevant monthly Credit allowance at the start of each subscription month.
To check what happened:
Open the Subscription Center.
Review your last Credit reset time and next reset time.
Check the usage details for the previous and current subscription months.
Confirm whether your subscription was upgraded, renewed, suspended or expired.
If the displayed balance does not match the cycle or usage history shown in your account, contact the FXT Client Service Team with your customer ID and the approximate time you noticed the issue.
