FXT AI may send a low-Credit reminder when your remaining Credits are no more than 10% of your plan's monthly Credit allowance. The reminder can be triggered no more than once in each subscription month.
If you do not have enough Credits for a feature, the available options shown in FXT AI may include:
waiting until your next subscription-month Credit issue;
choosing a feature that requires fewer Credits; or
upgrading to a higher plan, if an upgrade is available.
Separate Credit top-up or add-on packs are not currently supported. Unused Credits also cannot be carried into the next subscription month.
Your subscription does not automatically become cancelled merely because your Credits have run out. Check the Subscription Center for your plan status, remaining Credits and next reset time.
