How do I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel my current VPS plan?

Request an upgrade, downgrade, cancellation, or other change to an existing VPS plan through Service Hub.

VPS and FXT AI are separate products. FXT AI plan names, Tokens, Subscription Center, and Investment Wallet billing do not apply to VPS.

Which VPS changes require a ticket?

Our team needs to handle any request to change an existing VPS plan, including:

  • Upgrade your current VPS plan

  • Downgrade your current VPS plan

  • Cancel your current VPS plan

  • Cancel a pending VPS plan-change request

How do I submit the request?

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Open Service Hub.

  3. Select VPS.

  4. Select Create Ticket and submit your request.

In the ticket, state your current VPS package and the action you want. For an upgrade or downgrade, also name your preferred package. Do not include your VPS or Remote Desktop (RDP) password, or other login credentials.

What are the current VPS packages and prices?

The official VPS application page currently lists:

  • Standard VPS — $25/month — 10 standard lots/month

  • Advanced VPS — $45/month — 15 standard lots/month

  • Professional VPS — $90/month — 25 standard lots/month

The application page says the monthly VPS fee is charged upfront and is cashed back if the required monthly trading volume is met. For new clients, it states 3–5 business days after the following month's calculation date. The team confirms eligibility and the actual treatment in the ticket.

The main VPS page labels the highest specification “Expert VPS”, while the application form labels the selectable $90 option “Professional VPS”. For a change request, quote the label you see and ask the team to confirm the intended package; do not assume the two names are identical.

What happens next?

Our team will review the request and confirm the current applicable plan, fees, eligibility, effective date, and any refund or credit treatment in the ticket. These details can vary. A request is not approved or effective until our team confirms it.
