How to Deposit Funds via Bank Wire Transfer

Follow the Client Portal bank wire process using current beneficiary details, an exact transfer amount, a deposit order, and an uploaded transfer receipt.

To deposit funds into your trading account using a bank wire transfer, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Client Portal using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Deposit: Click on Deposit in the left-hand navigation menu.

  3. Select Currency: Choose the currency for your wire transfer (e.g., SGD).

  4. Choose Trading Account: Select the trading account where you want the funds to be deposited once we receive the wire transfer.

  5. Select Payment Method: Choose International Bank as your payment method. You will be automatically redirected to the next page.

  • Ensure you use current banking details from the Client Portal as displayed during the transfer process. Supported banking options may sometimes change; for instance, HSBC might no longer be valid. This step helps avoid delays or errors in processing.

  1. Enter Transfer Amount: On the new page, enter the exact amount you are transferring. Important: Ensure this matches the final amount shown on your bank wire transfer receipt.

  2. Confirm Transaction: Click "Confirm Transaction" to proceed.

  3. Review Important Notice: A pop-up window will appear with important information about the bank wire transfer process and key points to note. Please read carefully, then click "I Accept".

  4. View Bank Wire Transfer Information: On the new page, you will see complete bank wire transfer details, including:

  • SWIFT Code

  • Beneficiary account number

  • Beneficiary bank name

  • Bank address

  • Beneficiary name and address

  • Confirmation of your deposit amount and target account

  1. Complete the Transfer: Using your mobile banking app or by visiting your bank in person, complete the wire transfer using the information provided on this page.

  2. Upload Transfer Receipt: After completing the wire transfer, take a screenshot or download the transfer receipt. Upload this document (screenshot or PDF file) in the "Upload Transfer Receipt" section.

Important Note:

If the page expires, first check the current deposit and transaction records before creating another deposit order. If no active order exists, restart in the Client Portal and use only the bank details newly displayed for that transfer. Upload a receipt only through the current secure field if shown or requested; include only the evidence needed and hide unrelated transactions, full bank or card details, identity numbers, security codes, passwords, PINs, and OTPs. A deposit order or receipt supports matching and review but does not prove that FXTRADING.com received or credited the funds, and it does not complete the deposit by itself. If the transfer is missing, record the deposit or order reference, amount, currency, sending bank, beneficiary details used, transfer time, current status, receipt reference, and bank-provided UETR if applicable. Ask the sending bank for the current trace. If funds were sent to incorrect, outdated, or unsupported details, promptly ask the bank about a trace or recall and notify FXTRADING.com through official support. FXTRADING.com can investigate using available records but cannot control bank tracing, recall, recovery, crediting, or timing. Do not repeat the transfer while an existing record remains active.

Why Using Updated Information Matters:

Banking details in the Client Portal can change. Using outdated details may delay or prevent your deposit, so always verify the displayed banking information before proceeding.
