You can upgrade to a higher FXT AI plan when an upgrade option is displayed in the Subscription Center.
Review the target plan, Token allowance, amount payable and renewal details before confirming. The upgrade payment is deducted from your Investment Wallet.
What happens to Tokens after an upgrade?
Tokens already used in the current subscription month are not reset. FXT AI calculates your remaining entitlement against the target plan's monthly Token allowance and adds the applicable Tokens for the upgraded plan.
In simple terms:
Remaining Tokens after upgrade = target plan's monthly Token allowance minus Tokens already used in the current subscription month.
For example, if you have already used 600 Tokens in the current subscription month and upgrade from Pro to Ultra, the Ultra monthly allowance is 12,000 Tokens. After the upgrade, 11,400 Tokens are added as your remaining balance for that subscription month.
Upgrading from different subscription statuses
Active: an eligible upgrade moves you to the higher plan.
Cancelled but still within the current period: an eligible upgrade restores automatic renewal.
Suspended with renewal still enabled: a successful eligible upgrade restores the subscription to active and replaces the unpaid renewal process as shown in your order history.
