Finding Your Login Information
Your trading account login and server details are located in the Account List section of your Client Portal. You can log into multiple devices with the same trading account.
How to Access Your Login Details
Here's how to find your login information:
On a trading account card, click the dropdown arrow to expand the details
The server and MT4/MT5 login numbers will be displayed at the bottom of the trading account card
If your trading account cards are set to grid view, this information will be visible directly on the account card
Important Note: MT4/MT5 login numbers and server details are fixed and cannot be changed. To change your trading password, use the password-change action shown for the trading account in the Client Portal.
Other places the details may appear
Depending on the current Client Portal layout, the trading login number may appear at the top of the account card, in an expanded card, in grid view, or under the account action menu in Account information. Use the login number and exact server displayed for the same trading account.
