Can I submit deposits, withdrawals or transfers outside business hours?

You can submit a transaction whenever the relevant function is available in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. Submission availability does not guarantee immediate review, processing, sending or receipt.

Why can a transaction take longer outside business hours?

A transaction can depend on:

  • FXTRADING.com review or verification;

  • the operating period of a bank or payment provider;

  • weekends or public holidays;

  • a processing cut-off;

  • currency-conversion or correspondent-bank handling;

  • blockchain confirmation or network conditions; or

  • maintenance or a provider outage.

These factors can affect when processing begins and when the destination receives the funds.

Where can I see the current timing?

Before confirming a deposit or withdrawal, review the processing estimate, fee, limit and action message displayed for the transaction.

For an existing transaction:

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Open Transaction History.

  3. Select the relevant record.

  4. Review its status, timestamps, estimate and any action required.

A previous transaction’s timing is not a guarantee for a new transaction.

Should I submit the transaction again if it is still pending?

No. Check whether the first transaction was recorded before creating another request. A duplicate can delay matching or result in more than one transaction being processed.

If the displayed estimate has passed, contact FXTRADING.com with the transaction reference, amount, currency, payment method, relevant timestamps and a redacted payment record. Never provide a password, one-time code, private key or recovery phrase.

Do trading hours affect transaction processing?

Trading hours and payment-processing hours are different. A market may be closed while a transaction function remains available, or a transaction may wait for processing while a market is open. Use the information displayed for the transaction rather than the market’s trading hours.
