How do Fund self-investment, redemption and withdrawal differ?

Distinguish a Fund investment minimum and redemption process from the ordinary withdrawal policy that applies after funds reach an eligible account or wallet.

A Fund investment minimum and a payment-method deposit or withdrawal limit are different requirements. Funds investment and redemption follow the Funds Management product flow.

Which minimum applies to a Fund investment?

Use the investment amount requirement displayed for the Fund. Do not replace it with the minimum deposit or withdrawal amount of a payment method.

How does redemption work?

Submit the redemption action displayed for the investment. Review its calculation, destination, status, estimate and any settlement action in the Funds Management record. Redemption is not the same as an external PSP withdrawal.

What happens if I withdraw after redemption?

When the redeemed funds are available in an eligible account or wallet and a withdrawal action is displayed, the ordinary payment-method withdrawal limits, fees and processing information apply.
