How can I transfer funds between FXTRADING.com accounts?

Learn how to transfer funds between eligible FXTRADING.com accounts and understand why a source or destination may be unavailable.

Use the transfer function shown in the FXTRADING.com Client Portal. Available source and destination accounts depend on ownership, account type, currency, balance, verification status and current transfer eligibility.

Transfer funds between your eligible accounts

  1. Sign in to the Client Portal.

  2. Open the transfer function.

  3. Select the source account or wallet.

  4. Select an eligible destination displayed in the same flow.

  5. Enter the amount.

  6. Review the currency, conversion information and resulting balances.

  7. Confirm the transfer.

  8. Check Transaction History and both balances after completion.

Use only the accounts and wallets displayed as eligible for the current request. Applicable limits, conversion details or restrictions should be shown before confirmation.

Is allocating funds to an investment strategy an internal transfer?

No. Starting or adding to a Social Trading or Funds Management investment uses the investment flow for that product, not the ordinary account-transfer function.

Open the eligible strategy or fund, review its information and use the investment action displayed there. Confirm the amount, source wallet, fees or performance-fee information, redemption conditions and risk disclosures before proceeding.

Can I transfer funds to another customer's trading account?

You cannot make an ordinary transfer from your trading account to another customer's trading account. Deposits, withdrawals and ordinary account transfers must not be used to move funds to or from a family member, friend, business partner or other third party.

Why is a destination missing?

A destination may be unavailable because of ownership, account type, currency, legal entity, verification status, balance, pending transactions or another account condition. Do not enter another person's details or route funds through an external payment method as a workaround.

  • account ownership;

  • amount and currency;

  • conversion information;

  • available balance after the transfer; and

  • any warning or eligibility message displayed.
