Why Did My Previous Deposit Method Disappear?

Updated over a week ago

If you notice that a deposit method you previously used is no longer available, this could be due to:

  1. The deposit service provider is currently performing maintenance

  2. The deposit method has been temporarily suspended

  3. The deposit methods displayed depend on the selected currency, ensuring users only see relevant options.

Don't worry about being limited to specific deposit methods. Different deposit options support various currencies. Each deposit method displays the supported currencies below its icon. If you see your preferred currency symbol under a deposit method you haven't used before, it means you can use that method for your deposit. Understanding that these options are sorted based on the selected currency streamlines the process and eliminates irrelevant choices for users.

Example: If you prefer using China UnionPay but it's currently under maintenance, you can look for alternatives like Alipay or Global Pay that also display the CNY (¥) symbol, indicating they support Chinese Yuan deposits. Additionally, Alipay operates as a local transfer method, often offering faster processing times when used within the region, unlike UnionPay which can be categorized as an international method.

We recommend exploring all available deposit options in your Client Portal to find the most convenient alternative for your needs.
