Why Did My Previous Deposit Method Disappear?

If you notice that a deposit method you previously used is no longer available, this could be due to:

  1. The deposit service provider is currently performing maintenance

  2. The deposit method has been temporarily suspended

Don't worry about being limited to specific deposit methods. Different deposit options support various currencies. Each deposit method displays the supported currencies below its icon. If you see your preferred currency symbol under a deposit method you haven't used before, it means you can use that method for your deposit.

Example: If you prefer using China UnionPay but it's currently under maintenance, you can look for alternatives like Alipay or Global Pay that also display the CNY (¥) symbol, indicating they support Chinese Yuan deposits.
