When making international wire transfers or local bank transfers to fund your trading account, we've noticed some clients save our company's banking details in their banking apps or online banking platforms for future use. This practice, while seemingly convenient, is strongly discouraged and could potentially result in financial loss.
Why You Should Never Save Banking Details
Banking information changes periodically due to various factors. Sending funds to previously saved bank details without verification could result in:
Your funds not reaching your FXTRADING.com account
Transfers being sent to outdated or invalid accounts
Funds becoming extremely difficult or impossible to recover
The Correct Deposit Procedure
For every deposit via bank transfer, please:
Log in to your Client Portal
Navigate to the Deposit page
Select the appropriate deposit method
Follow the most current banking instructions provided
Submit proof of payment to our Finance department for verification
Remember:
Always verify banking details immediately before each transfer using the current details shown in the official signed-in deposit flow. This reduces the risk of sending funds to incorrect or outdated details, but it does not guarantee recovery, deposit acceptance, matching, credit, or timing.
Keep the transfer receipt and a record of the banking details shown at the time of payment. If you already sent funds to different or saved details, do not repeat the transfer; use the secure support option in the signed-in Client Portal so the case can be reviewed. Recovery or credit cannot be promised.
