Can I withdraw my money whenever I want?

Check how much you can request to withdraw, the profile-level restrictions that may apply, submission steps, processing estimates, and status monitoring.

You can submit a withdrawal request through your FXTRADING.com Client Portal. The amount available can depend on free margin, pending activity, verification, payment-method rules, and profile-level restrictions, so use the amount displayed in the current withdrawal flow.

Important considerations:

While FXTRADING.com strives to process all withdrawal requests promptly, certain situations may lead to restricted withdrawal requests, including:

  • A negative balance in an eligible account or wallet connected with your profile, or a pending profile-wide negative balance clearing review

  • A Funds Management account subject to the applicable redemption or withdrawal process

  • Withdrawal requests below the minimum amount of $50 (or below $450 for Union Pay withdrawals)

Negative balance clearing is not automatic or limited to one account. Eligibility requires all covered accounts to have no open positions or pending orders, all activity to be settled with no funds in transit, and the combined eligible net equity across the profile to be below zero. If approved, all eligible positive and negative balances in scope are reset to zero.

Withdrawal process:

  1. Log in to your Client Portal

  2. Navigate to the "Withdraw" section

  3. Select your preferred withdrawal method

  4. Enter the amount you wish to withdraw

  5. Complete any verification steps if required

  6. Submit your request

How long will the withdrawal take?

Processing and delivery times depend on the current request, payment method, provider, receiving institution, local calendars and any required review. Check the current status, action message and displayed estimate in Transaction History. If the record fails, requires action, or is past its displayed estimate, contact Customer Support with the request reference and exact status. Do not submit a duplicate request while the existing record remains active.

Monitor the current status and any action message in Transaction History. Do not submit a duplicate request while an earlier withdrawal remains active.
