FXTRADING.com cannot manually issue a verification code, manually complete or bypass required SMS verification, or create an alternative verification method that is not displayed in the official flow. If no code arrives and no alternative is shown, there may be no available workaround for that verification at that time.
SMS verification sends a one-time code to the mobile number registered as a security method for your FXTRADING.com profile. Delivery depends on third-party messaging providers, the destination country or region, the customer's carrier and the local mobile network.
Review or change the security method
Sign in to the FXTRADING.com Client Portal.
Open Settings → Security.
Select the available change or update action for two-step verification.
Choose from the security methods offered to your profile.
Complete verification using the method shown.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the new method.
Available alternatives can include email or an authenticator app, but only the options and eligibility displayed in the current Client Portal can be selected. Customer Support cannot create or guarantee a method that is not shown or bypass a required verification step.
Why can SMS availability change?
A third-party SMS provider can add, remove or change supported countries, regions, carriers and delivery routes without notice. A local carrier, network or base station can also block, filter or delay service and verification messages even when the destination country is generally supported.
FXTRADING.com does not operate or control the third-party SMS platform, the mobile carrier or the local telecommunications network and cannot guarantee delivery to every number or location.
Which destination phone numbers are currently unsupported?
Verification SMS messages cannot currently be delivered to mobile numbers using these calling codes:
Syria (+963)
Burundi (+257)
Tajikistan (+992)
Belarus (+375)
Ethiopia (+251)
Uzbekistan (+998)
Belize (+501)
Myanmar (+95)
Slovenia (+386)
Mozambique (+258)
Mali (+223)
Pakistan (+92)
Afghanistan (+93)
Namibia (+264)
This list describes SMS delivery availability only. It does not by itself determine regulatory, account-opening or service availability for a country or region. Ethiopia (+251) and Uzbekistan (+998) are included because the current third-party SMS provider no longer supports those destinations; those two entries are not regulatory restrictions and do not mean FXTRADING.com is prohibited from providing services there. Account and service availability remain subject to the normal eligibility, verification and onboarding requirements.
If an SMS code does not arrive
Confirm that the displayed mobile number and country code are correct.
Check the sender that applies to the registered mobile number: 10682893579467717 for Mainland China (+86), or 67425 for other currently supported destinations.
Check the SMS app's blocked-number or blacklist settings, spam or unknown-sender folder, and any security or call-filtering app. If the applicable sender is blocked, remove it.
Check that the device has mobile service and can receive service or international SMS messages.
If you are abroad or roaming, confirm that incoming SMS and short-code or service messages are enabled for both the mobile plan and current roaming network.
For dual-SIM or eSIM devices, confirm that the registered line is active, selected and connected to the mobile network.
Wait before using Resend and follow any countdown shown.
Restart the device or toggle Airplane mode once.
Ask the mobile carrier whether verification or service messages are being blocked.
Use an alternative verification method only when the official flow displays one.
If the code is still missing after these checks and one resend, contact Customer Support with the exact verification step, on-screen error, approximate request time and time zone, country calling code, applicable sender, roaming/signal/block/carrier checks and resend result. Never send the verification code, password or full phone number.
Do not request codes repeatedly. Repeated attempts can cause a temporary security restriction. If no alternative is shown, Customer Support can record the error and check the service information available at that time but cannot manually issue a code, force delivery or provide a guaranteed workaround.
If an attempt limit or suspension appears
Follow the availability time or recovery action shown in the message. The limit and reset period can depend on the action and current security state.
Delivery limitation and potential loss
FXTRADING.com cannot guarantee or control third-party SMS availability or delivery. Except where applicable law or the governing agreement requires otherwise, FXTRADING.com does not compensate for potential loss arising from a delayed, blocked or undelivered verification message or from an inability to complete an action that requires that verification.
This statement does not exclude any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
